We are seeking a reliable, experienced Property Manager to join our team in Lafayette, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of property management experience and be capable of handling the day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the property, overseeing tenant relations, managing maintenance requests, and ensuring the property is compliant with local regulations. You will also need to demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Engage with customers via email, or phone with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions that leave people smiling
- Collaborate with a friendly team that actually listens to your ideas
- Work with accounting team to maintain rent rolls and bank balances
- Oversee maintenance coordinator to negotiate, and manage maintenance projects with vendors, owners and tenants
- Prepare and maintain Property Management Work Authorization forms
- Work with tenants with regards to the preparation of leases, as necessary
- Monitor proof of insurance for vendors, tenants, and owners
- Ability to oversee physical Inspection of properties

- Current real estate license or ability to obtain one within 6 months
